On the 10th Anniversary of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence (also known as the Istanbul Convention), the European scenario is not uniform: on the one hand, there is a growing awareness of the need to fight the phenomenon with strong determination; on the other hand, some setbacks must be noted, such as the Turkey’s withdrawal from Istanbul Convention.
